What You’ll Do

  • In this role you will flex both your analytical and creative skills. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns with tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems);

  • You must have a strong grasp of performance metrics with the ability to deep dive into this area and use your findings to identify business opportunities and translate these into effective marketing strategies or product innovation;

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced brand or product marketing manager who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You are an effective leader and strong communicator to work with key stakeholders across multiple internal teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years marketing (B2B, B2G, business management/ social media), with emphasis on data analysis or financial modelling;

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative customer-facing products, marketing campaigns, and internal and external traffic strategies;

  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate product profitability, traffic drivers, and performance of marketing campaigns, experience contributing or leading business reviews and annual budgeting for a category of products;

  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, influence, and work with internal and external teams and senior leadership;

  • Adept at problem-solving dives deep into data and issues to get insight and understanding;

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems with a bias for action
